The following exercises will help make it possible for you
to experience a very blissful state of mind known in some
spiritual traditions as "the still point".
The still point can best be described as an unearthly state
of being where a surreal state of peace and tranquility can
often be experienced.
A profound sense of "timelessness" exists as you reach the
still point which is sometimes called the state of "no mind".
|Focus your attention on the wind gate as you breathe in
through your nose and back out through your mouth
|Imagine High Frequency Energy flowing into the tube in your
Lightbody as you continue breathing in through your
nose and back out through your mouth
|Slowly extend the out-breath past the point of the
Pause until it begins to "merge" with the in-breath
|Continue breathing in this manner until you reach
a blissful state of mind known as "the still point"
|Focus your attention on the "Pause" that exists
between the in-breath and the out-breath
|Now extend the in-breath past the point of the Pause
until it slowly begins to merge with the out-breath
|Continue extending the in-breath and out-breath
until you can sense or feel them gently flowing
into one long continuous "loop" of energy
|It is in this state that you will also discover the
ever deepening meaning of the word "Oneness"
