Awakening Your Sixth Sense




Find a quiet place to practice where won't be disturbed
for at least 30 minutes.  You will be able to focus better
if the room is free of phones, pets and other people
talking.

Begin by sitting with your palms facing upward as shown
below.  It is not necessary to sit with your legs crossed if
it is painful for you to do so.













Use the technique you learned in the previous chapter to
quiet your mind and breathe softly and slowly until you
reach the Still Point.

Creating Spheres of Living Light



    Each person is different in their intuitive ability to sense
    vibrational frequencies, so you may need to repeat this
    exercise several times to get the "feel" of it.  

    Some people are more visually oriented, while others are
    more sensitive to sound, temperature and other types of
    vibrational frequencies.  

    There are many different ways to detect energy flowing
    through your hands.   

    If you are not able to feel anything the first few times
    you do this exercise, do not be concerned.  

    With a little practice, you will be able to pick up on one
    or more of the following sensations in your hands:  

    Slight tingling or pulsating sensations, temperature
    changes,
    denseness, heaviness, or perhaps other sensations.  

    Repeat this exercise until it becomes easy for you to
    create
    an energy sphere before going on to the next step.

This exercise will help you awaken your Sixth Sense by
creating radiant spheres of pulsating energy with your
hands.

These techniques are not really new to any of us - we
have simply forgotten how to use them.

The most important part of this exercise is to relax and
have simple childlike fun as you explore and "remember"
how to use these very ancient and loving energies.  
                          Step Two:

Rub your hands together briskly until your palms
become warm from the friction.  

This will help activate the flow of energy in your
hands and makes it easier for you to sense or feel
the energies needed to create a sphere.

Rub your hands together again and hold them about
six inches apart.  Can you feel a slight tingling
sensation in your finger tips or the palms of your
hands?

Rub them together again.  Now hold your hands
about two feet apart with your palms facing each
other.

Slowly begin moving them closer together until they
almost touch.  Can you sense the energy building up
between them?

Try doing it with your eyes closed and keep your
attention focused on any new sensations that you
might be feeling in your hands.

Repeat this exercise until you can sense the energy
and feel it starting to grow stronger as it forms a
radiant sphere of pulsating energy between your
hands!
                                 Step One:

Imagine the infinite energy of the Universe like a large
fluffy cloud, softly swirling all around you.

This loving energy is available to everyone, everywhere
and at all times - we need only tap into it
